摘  要:采用硅氟酸溶液浸出铅阳极泥,介绍了试验原理及过程,以铅浸出率为考察指标,在试验基础上探讨温度、时间、硅氟酸浓度、液固比、搅拌速度、循环次数对铅浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在温度60℃、时间60min、硅氟酸浓度93.6 g/L、液固比10∶1、转速为500 r/min、酸液循环15次条件下,铅浸出率可稳定在68%以上,浸出液经净化处理后制备的硫酸铅纯度可高达99%以上。In the paper,it uses the silicofluoric acid solution to leach lead anode slime, introduces the principle and process of the experimental and analyzes the main influence factors of leaching rate of lead. Based on the experiment process with leaching rate of lead as index to investigate the influence of the reaction temperature, the reaction time, the concentration of silicofluoric acid solution, the ration of liquid to solid, stirring speed, cycle times. The experimental results show that under the condition of temperature at 60 ~C, time for 60 rain, the concentration of silicofluoric acid solution for 93.6 g/L,the ration of liquid to solid for 10: 1, stirring speed for 500r/rain, acid liquid circulation 15 times, the lead leaching rate can be stable kept more than 68%, after purification treatment, the preparation of lead sulfate purity can reach more than 99%.
