摘　　要：温州自然环境优越,海盐资源丰富,其盐业在宋代取得了长足的发展。在生产方面,沿革唐代盐场并在规模上进一步扩充,形成了准备程序、刮咸淋卤、煮海制盐等制盐程序及方法;在运销和管理方面,一套较为完善的盐政制度和机构业已形成,此外有专门盐法律令,且十分严苛。随着宋代政府对盐业的垄断和榷盐制度的空前强化,相伴而生的是违禁制贩私盐的空前猖獗。Wenzhou made great progress in salt industry in Song Dynasty for its superior natural environment and abundant sea salt resources. In production, Wenzhou＇s salt industry developed saltern in Tang Dynasty and further expanded its size, forming salt making progress and methods including preparation, salty soil scraping, brine pouring and sea salt cooking. In marketing and management, a set of more comprehensive salt political system and institution has been formed, in addition to a special law of making salt which was very harsh.With the government＇s unprecedented monopoly of the salt industry, rampant illicit production and trafficking of illegal salt accompanied.
