当前非洲媒体发展的困境及出路探析——兼论央视非洲分台对非洲媒体的启示

摘　　要：当前,非洲媒体面临的困境主要表现为两方面:一是在国际舆论中,非洲媒体话语权严重缺失,无法将非洲积极全面地展现于外界,从而改善非洲的外部形象;二是媒体在很多非洲国家沦为政治斗争的工具,不能充当社会正义的监督者之职能。造成这种困境的原因主要有国际舆论秩序极不平衡背景下西方媒体的强势介入,以及非洲本土媒体由于对西方媒体的长期依赖,从而缺乏独立的媒体理念与完善的运作体系。央视非洲分台的建立、成功,以及"让非洲人报道非洲"、"客观、正面报道非洲"的理念为非洲媒体走出困境,谋求新的出路提供了思路与启示,同时也为中非媒体合作奠定了坚实的基础,树立了成功典范。There are two dilemmas African media are facing currently. First,for lack of powerful voice in international discourse,African media cannot provide a positive and comprehensive image of Africa no matter in Africa or worldwide;second,instead of becoming watchdogs for justice in African society,some African media have become political tools competing for power. The main cause of the dilemmas is that,in the context of the unbalanced international discourse order,the interference from Western media makes African media de-pendent on the West for a long time with a result that Africa lacks independent idea and operational system. However,the foundation and success of CCTV Africa,whose idea is“to let African people report Africa”and“report Africa comprehensively and positively”,provides an illumination and a new solution for African media,and also establishes a model of success and lays a solid foundation for media cooperation between Chi-na and Africa.
