摘 要:为了实现飞机装配工装的快速调用,研究了基于多域集成的飞机装配工装特征化描述技术。提出多领域信息集成表达的知识框架,该框架包含产品结构域模型、装配工艺域模型与工程管理域模型。其次,阐述了装配工装特征化描述方案,包含编码规则、工装特征化信息模型、建模与遍历方法、特征化描述技术评价指标。而后构建了某系列飞机装配工装的特征化信息模型,实现了飞机装配工装多领域集成特征化描述。最后,通过与其他方法对比分析评价指标的值,论证了所提描述技术的有效性与先进性。In order to rapidly use aircraft assembly process equipment,the paper study the characterized representation technology of aircraft assembly equipment based on multi-domain integrated method. The know ledge framew ork of multi-domain information integrated expression is presented; this framew ork is based on product structure domain model,assembly process domain model and project management domain model.Secondly,paper elaborate assembly equipment characterized representation project,the project includes code generation rule,process equipment characterized information model,model building and traversal method,and assessment criteria of characterized representation method. At the same time,the characterized information model of a series of aircraft assembly equipment is build,realizing assembly equipment multi-domain integrated characterized description. At last,the validity and progressiveness of the characterized representation method is demonstrated by contrasting w ith other representation method based on assessment criteria value.
