摘 要:为了寻找一种既能满足叶片测量精度要求,又能解决叶片高精度测量成本高、测量效率低的测量方法,通过搭建基于相位测量的三维轮廓测量系统,对叶片进行360°测量,由于采集的点云数据需要进行数据融合,设计了一种基于相位测量轮廓方法的多角度点云数据融合机械装置,提出了基于参考平面数据旋转的新算法,最终实现了旋转多角度叶片三维轮廓点云数据高精度的自动融合,得到了完整清晰的叶片三维表面轮廓。同时对叶片局部大曲率部位进行测量,为局部二次因素的详细实验测量提供了有利条件。实验结果证明相位测量轮廓术应用于叶片三维轮廓测量非常具有实际价值。In order to seek a method for the blade measurement that not only ensures the measurement precision but also resolves the problems of the high-cost and low-efficiency,a 3-D profile measurement system based on phase measurement is built up to measure the blade from all directions.Due to data integration for the sampling cloud data,a mechanical device integrating multi-phase point cloud data based on the phase profile measurement method is designed,and a new algorithm based on rotation data of the reference plane is proposed,which ultimately results in the auto integration of the 3-D profile point cloud data of the rotary,multi-phase blade with high-precision,and make it possible to obtain the complete and clear 3-D surface profile.At the same time,the local curvature part is measured,which provides favorable conditions for detailed measurement of the local secondary factors.As a result,it is of practical significance for the application of the phase measurement profilometry to 3-D profile measurement.
