摘  要:目的:探讨持续低流量生理盐水冲洗对留置负压封闭引流技术(VSD)管道患者堵管情况的影响。方法:选择2014年1~5月在我科住院并使用VSD治疗软组织损伤的患者50例,随机分为对照组20例和观察组30例,观察组使用生理盐水以1 ml/min的速度持续低流量冲洗。对照组采用常规VSD引流。对两组患者的堵管情况、导管留置时间、护理导管与置管耗费时间、VSD耗材费用进行观察及比较。结果:观察组发生堵管情况、留置管道时间、护理管道时间、置管耗费时间、VSD耗材费用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论:持续低流量冲洗VSD管道,能有效的避免管道堵塞。Objective: To investigate continuous low flow saline impact on retention vacuum sealing drainage( VSD) patients pipeline plugging conditions.Methods: From January to May 2014 in our hospital and using VSD treatment of soft tissue injuries of 50 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 20 cases and 30 cases of the observation group,the observation group using saline to 1 ml / min rate of sustained low- flow water. VSD control group with conventional drainage. For plugging in the two groups of patients,catheter time,catheters and catheter care takes time,VSD supplies costs were observed and compared. Results: The occurrence of plugging,the indwelling pipeline time,nursing pipeline time,catheterization time consuming,VSD supplies costs were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The continuous low flow flush VSD pipeline,which can effectively prevent pipeline blockage.
