摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平对患者认知功能的影响。方法 143例老年高血压患者采用循环酶法检测血清Hcy水平,并进行简短精神状态量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)测定,根据血清Hcy水平分为高Hcy组(Hcy>20μmol/L)67例和正常Hcy组(Hcy≤20μmol/L)76例,比较2组MMSE量表评分。结果高Hcy组患者MMSE评分[(24.02±4.97)分]低于正常Hcy组[(28.73±4.61)分],2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy水平升高可加重老年高血压患者认知功能损害。Objective To explore the effect of homocysteine （Hcy） on cognitive function in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 143 elderly patients with hypertension were detected Hcy level by using enzymatic cycling assay and were divided into high Hcy group （Hcy〉20μmol/L, n=67） and normal Hcy group （Hcy〈20 μmol/L, n=76）. All the patients were measured by Mini-mental State Examination （MMSE） and the MMSE score was compared between two groups. Results MMSE score was significantly lowere in high Hcy group （24.02±4.97） than that in normal Hcy group （28.73±4.61） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High Hcy level aggravates the cognitive impairment in the elderly hypertensive patients.
