摘 要:传统V型发动机曲轴箱体45°面专用机床夹具存在结构复杂、制造成本高等诸多问题。对此,在重新分析V型发动机的形状、尺寸精度等因素的基础上,确定了新的装夹方案。并通过Pro/E软件三维造型,完成了各机构的设计工作。为了验证夹具的可靠性,采用ANSYS软件对夹具的关键部件—压板进行有限元分析,得到压板在受力状态下应力分布情况及工作时的振动频率大小,以此来判断夹具的可靠性,为新型夹具的广泛应用提供依据。Traditional V type engine crankcase of 45 DEG special machine fixture has many problems in practical application,such as complicated structure,high manufacturing cost and so on.In view of this,such factors as the shape and dimension precision of the V-type engine are reanalyzed,and new clamping scheme is determined.Through the Pro/E software modeling,the design work of the mechanism is completed.In order to test the reliability of the fixture,finite element analysis of the key part,the pressing plate is made by ANSYS software,stress distribution and the vibration frequency are obtained,so that the reliability of fixture can be determined,providing basis for the wide application of new type of fixture.
