摘 要:目的探讨超声测量气道横径作为个体化预测小儿气管导管型号的可行性。方法将需在气管内全麻下行择期手术的100例患儿随机分为超声组与对照组(n=50),超声组患儿根据超声测定环状软骨水平气道横径,确定首次插管的气管导管外径;对照组根据年龄公式确定首次插管的气管导管外径,比较两组间首次气管插管的准确率与插管相关并发症的发生率。结果超声组首次选择气管导管的准确率94.00%高于对照组的54.00%。差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.18,P<0.05),两组的插管相关并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.08,P>0.05)。结论小儿根据超声测定的环状软骨水平气管横径选择气管导管的准确性优于根据年龄选择气管导管。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of accessing the catheter size of children&#39;s trachea by measuring the di-ameter of the airway under ultrasound. Methods A total of 100 pediatric patients who were scheduled for surgery and un-dergoing general anesthesia were enrolled and divided into ultrasound group and control group (n=50). ETT size of ultra-sound group was selected by ultrasonography, and ETT size of control group was selected according to formula based on age. The accuracy of tracheal intubation at first time and the complications of two groups were recorded and compared. Re-sults The accuracy of tracheal intubation at first time of ultrasound group (94.00%) was higher than that of control group (54.00%), the difference was statistically significant(χ2=24.18,P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference of the in-cidence of complications between two groups (χ2=3.08,P〉0.05). Conclusion Accessing the catheter size of children&#39;s tra-chea by measuring the diameter of the airway under ultrasound is superior than according age.
