摘 要:在金属酞菁与氧化纤维素纳米纤维载体之间引入一条四乙烯五胺间隔臂,制备得到间隔臂连接金属酞菁功能化纳米纤维.通过衰减全反射傅立叶变换红外光谱对纳米纤维进行表征.采用单因素法研究金属酞菁的最优固定条件,结果表明:25mmol/L高碘酸钠、30℃氧化温度、10%四乙烯五胺、2%戊二醛偶联剂时,纳米纤维表面金属酞菁固定量达到400μmol/g.间隔臂的引入可有效提高纳米纤维对染料溶液的吸附容量.pH=6时,CoPc-s-NF对活性艳红X-3B染料的吸附容量是金属酞菁功能化纳米纤维CoPc-NF的3倍.A tetraethylenepentamine(TEPA)spacer arm was introduced between metal phthalocyanine and oxidized cellulose nanofibers for the preparation of spacer arm attached,CoPc functionalized nanofibers.The nanofibers were characterized by ATR-FTIR.The optimum immobilization condition was determined by single factor experimental method.The results showed that the immobilized metal phthalocyanine on the surface of nanofibers reached to 400μmol/g when NaIO4 concentration was 25mmol/L,oxidation temperature was 30°C,TEPA concentration was 10%,and glutaraldehyde concentration was 2%.With the introduction of spacer arm,the adsorption capacity of CoPc-s-NF to reactive red X-3Bdye was three times of that of metal phthalocyanine functionalized nanofibers(CoPc-NF)at pH 6.
