摘　　要：天台宗是第一个中国化的佛教宗派,也是第一个将音乐系统、规范地运用于其一系列佛教仪轨之中的中国佛教宗派,佛教音乐对其佛经思想的传播和发展起了非常重要的作用。天台宗佛教音乐所经历的从"自修"到"化他"的历史演变在我国佛教音乐发展史上具有一定的典型意义。Tiantai Sect is a localized Chinese Buddhist sect. It is the first Chinese Buddhist sect that applies music systematically and regularly in its series of Buddhist ceremonies,which plays an important role in the spreading and development of Buddhist thinking. Tiantai Sect＇s Buddhist music is a typical sample in the development history of China＇s Buddhist music as it went through historical changes from ＂self-practise＂to ＂otherization＂.
