大型阀体铸件充型凝固过程数值模拟

摘　　要：采用Procast数值模拟软件,模拟大型阀体铸件充型与凝固过程,分析金属液充型过程中的流场及温度场,预测铸件凝固后缩孔疏松倾向性,为大型阀体铸件实际生产提供了合理的优化工艺参数。Using software Procast the filling and solidification process of the valve casting were simulated. It is clear to observe the state of movement and temperature change of metal during the filling process. The location of shrinkage cavity is predicted accurately. The result of production proved that the technological parameter is reasonable.
