摘　　要：心力衰竭是一种有高发病率和死亡率的心脏病综合征,越来越多的证据表明免疫激活在心力衰竭的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。白介素(IL)-35作为IL-12家族成员之一的负性调控因子,参与心力衰竭的发病的过程。本文针对IL-35对心力衰竭的影响做一综述。Heart failure is a syndrom of heart disease with high morbidity and mortality. There are more and more evidence indicating immune activation developing important role in the occurrence and development of heart failure. Interleukin （IL） -35, known as a negative regulatory factor of one of the members of IL-12 family, participates pathogenetic process of heart failure. The present article made a review for influence of IL-35 on heart failure.
