摘 要:在元素流和价值流分析的基础上引入资源效率,构造流程制造业生产工序与流程的资源效率和资源流成本的关系式,构建运用于流程制造业的"元素流-价值流"计算与分析方法,并将其应用于某氧化铝生产企业。通过追踪元素的流动路径,计算各工序和流程的资源效率和资源流成本,揭示废弃物损失的真实价值,挖掘循环经济潜力改善点;通过关系式的联动影响,对改善方案进行前期预测评估、中期动态监测、后期反馈控制,探索"元素流-价值流"的最优化路径,为企业循环经济发展提供可靠支持。In this paper,the relationship between resource efficiency and resource value during each exact step and procedure of the manufactory was constructed, based on the elements flow and value flow. At the same time, the mathematical and analytical method was established in manufacturing industry,and its application was obtained in an alumina enterprise. By tracing element flow trajectory and calculating the resource efficiency and resource value under each process and procedure, the real value of waste could be found. Moreover, potential improvements for recycling economy could be detected. On the other hand, prospective evaluating, dynamic monitoring and feedback controlling about improvement projects were carried out by analyzing the corresponding effects of proposed function. The optimization process could be achieved by the "elements flow-value flow" analysis,which showed a strong support for enter prises' recycling economy development.
