摘　　要：随着细菌耐药增强与抗菌新药减少的矛盾不断加剧,多黏菌素类抗生素重又受到临床的重视。虽然其不良反应突出,但却具有明确的抗耐药革兰阴性杆菌活性。本文介绍近5年来有关多黏菌素类抗生素临床应用的研究进展。More and more attention has been paid to the use of polymyxins in clinic due to the increase in bacterial resistance to antimicrobial agents and the decrease of novel antibacterial agents. Although its adverse reactions are serious, it has demonstrated a definite activity against multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria. This article reviews a recent research progress of polymyxins.
