摘　　要：对汽车冲压件拉毛缺陷进行了分析,并针对各种材质、料厚的冲压件拉毛现象消除提出了相应的解决方法,重点介绍了模具表面处理的几种形式以及优缺点。对汽车冲压件生产过程的质量分析及控制具有一定的参考意义。Analyzed the galling defect of automobile stamping parts, and put forward the corresponding solutions for phenomenon elimination of stamping parts galling in various materials and thick, focus on introduces everal types of die surface treatment and their advantages and disadvantages. These have a certain reference value to quality analysis and control of automobile stamping parts production process.
