摘 要:本文在控制实验环境一致的条件下,采用不同充电电流密度对蓄电池进行内化成,研究化成充电电流密度对蓄电池内化成充电效果的影响。结果表明,在相同化成充电电量的情况下,充电电流密度越高化成时间越短,蓄电池在化成过程中产生的热量越大,蓄电池的容量越低,蓄电池中ω(Pb O_2)越低且Pb O_2分布不均匀,正极板中ω(β-Pb O_2)越高。在大批量生产的情况应摸索适宜的蓄电池内化成充电电流密度。In this study, we explore the effect of charging current density on the lead-acid batteries during container formation by changing charging current density under the same condition of controlled experimental environment. The results show that under the same state of charge in formation, the higher charging current density, the shorter the formation time is, meanwhile, the more heat the batteries produce in the formation process, the lower capacity they have, and the lower the content of PbO2 is and the more nonuniformity it distributes in the batteries, the higher the content of β-PbO2 in the positive plate is. Thus, it is suggested that the appropriate current density should be further studied with the aim of its application to the container formation for the batteries in the case of mass production.
