摘 要:亚氧化钛是由Ti_nO_(2n-1)(1≤n≤20)组成的多种低价氧化钛混合多晶材料,具有良好的导电性和化学稳定性,是理想的电化学应用材料。本文通过在正极铅膏中加入质量分数不同的亚氧化钛,尝试改善铅蓄电池活性物质利用率、低温性能和高倍率放电容量。电化学测试结果显示,正极活性物质中加入亚氧化钛后,极板内阻降低,充放电性能有所提高,但在相同电位下,析氧量增加。电池测试结果显示,当正极活性物质中加入亚氧化钛的质量分数达到2%时,对电池性能改善作用不明显;当添加的亚氧化钛的质量分数为8%时,可以提高铅蓄电池正极活性物质利用率和高倍率放电性能,但100%DOD循环80次以后,亚氧化钛基本全部被氧化成不导电的二氧化钛。Titanium black is an ideal electrochemical material, which is a mixture of polycrystalline composed of a variety of titanium suboxide TinO2n-1(1≤n ≤20) with favorable conductivity and chemical stability. The positive plates with different content of titanium black were tested in terms of active material utilization, low temperature performance and high rate discharge capacity. The results indicated that the resistant of positive plate with titanium black was decreased and the property of charge-discharge was enhanced, but the oxygen evolution was increased under the same potential simultaneously. The performance of battery with 2 wt% titanium black wasn't affected significantly until the content was up to 8 wt%. But the titanium black was almost oxidized to insulating titanium dioxide after 80 cycles under 100 % DoD.
