摘  要:为了研究铝合金阳极氧化并得出最佳阳极氧化工艺条件,本文选用2×2 cm2铝合金片为基体材料,对其进行阳极氧化。改变了电源波形、硫酸浓度、氧化时间和氧化电压等工艺条件进行氧化,并测定出阳极氧化膜的厚度、硬度和耐腐蚀性能等指标。通过实验,得出阳极氧化较适合的工艺条件为:电源波形为直流电,硫酸浓度为150 g/L,氧化电压为20 V,氧化时间为40 min。In order to study the effect of anodic oxidation of aluminum alloy and conclude the optimal anodizing process conditions,2 ×2 cm2 aluminum alloy tablets was selected as matrix material and anodized in the aluminum alloy.Aluminum alloy anodic was oxidated under different process conditions of power source wave,sulfuric acid concentration,oxidation voltage and oxidation time. Thickness,hardness and corrosion resistance of the anodic film were tested. The optimum process conditions were obtained by experiment as follows: power source wave was direct current,sulfuric acid concentration was 150 g / L,oxidation voltage was 20 V and oxidation time was 40 min.
