摘 要:样品经正己烷-乙酸乙酯溶剂提取,然后用硫酸将提取物磺化,用气相色谱-电子捕获检测法测定水果蔬菜中的11种有机氯农药,外标法定量。分析方法快速、准确,通过优化前处理和上机条件,在最优条件下进行测试,方法定量下限为0.001~0.005 mg/kg,在加标水平0.005 mg/kg时,方法回收率为81%~108%,RSD为1.6%~6.3%。该方法适用于水果蔬菜中11种有机氯农药的测定。Fruits and vegetables samples were extracted with n-hexane and ethyl acetate,cleaned up with sulfuric acid,and 11 organochlorine pesticides were determined by GC-μECD,using external standard method. The method was rapid and accurate after investigating the conditions of pretreatment and determination. Under the optimal conditions,the detection limits of pesticides by the method were in the ranges of 0. 001 ~ 0. 005 mg / kg. Tests for recovery were made by addition of mix standards of 0. 005 mg / kg,the recoveries of the pesticide were in the range of 81% ~ 108%,the relative standard deviations were 1. 6% ~ 6. 3%. The method can be used in determination of organochlorine pesticides in fruits and vegetables.
