摘　　要：目的探讨HGF/c-MET在2型糖尿病肾病中的表达及临床意义。方法收集88例2型糖尿病住院患者(44例单纯DM患者,44例DN患者)与32例正常人(对照组),采用ELISA法测定3组HGF、VEGF水平,采用PCR法测定3组病人c-MET mRNA水平。结果与对照组和DM组相比,DN组HGF、VEGF水平均较高,P<0.05;多因素logstic回归分析示BUN、Scr与HGF、c-METm RNA和VEGF的相关性。结论 2型糖尿病肾病患者HGF/c-MET、VEGF是肾功能变化的影响因素,两者升高对肾功能有积极影响。Objective The expression of HGF/c-MET in type 2 diabetic nephropathyand its clinical significance. Methods88 cases of patients with type 2 diabetesinpatients（44 cases of patients with DM,44 patients with DN） and 32 normal people（control group）,were measured by ELISA in three groups of HGF,VEGF,c-MET and m RNA levels of three groups were determined by PCR method. Results compared with the control group and DM group,DN group,HGF,VEGFlevels were higher,P〈0.05;correlation analysis showed HGF and c-MET m RNApositive r=0.387,P=0.002;the relationship between HGF and renal function was positive in DM group;HGF was positively correlated with VEGF,r =0.119,P =0.012;VEGF c-MET m RNA was positively associated with r =0.236,P =0.003. Conclusion type 2 diabetes nephropathy patients HGF/c-MET,VEGF expression was significantly increased,with a positive correlation between the three;the expression of HGF/c-MET has a protective effect on DN;VEGF has important effects on DN.
