摘　　要：针对现有国民经济评价体系的诸多不足和缺点,提出了一种新型的国民经济增长评价指标——包容性价值。通过构建ESSE综合框架描述经济、社会、资源和环境之间的因果关系,以刻画经济增长的复杂性特征,并利用世界模型Ⅱ和系统动力学理论对五种情景进行系统模拟和分析,以反映经济增长的长期性特征,最后对包容性价值核算的有效性和合理性进行了验证。According to the deficiencies and shortcomings of the existing national economic evaluation system, this paper proposes a new national economic growth index, that is the inclusive value. Through the construction of ESSE integrated framework for describing the complex characteristics of the causal relationship between economic, social, resources and en- vironment, and in order to describe the economic growth in the long-term characteristic, there uses World II and the theory of system dynamics to analyses five kinds of scenarios, at last it gives the verification about the validity and rationality of the inclusion of value accounting.
