摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,水资源的需求将进一步增加,加剧了水资源的供需矛盾。纽约、伦敦与东京的水价管理体制、水价结构、形成机制与定价模式,对我国大、中型城市完善水价形成机制与合理确定供水价格、全面推进水价改革具有重要的借鉴意义与启示。Along with the acceleration of China＇s urbanization, the demand in water resource is further increased, which has aggravated the demand and supply conflict of water resource. The water price management system, water price structure, formation mechanism and pricing pattern of New York, London and Tokyo have significant referencing meaning and enlightenment for China＇s large and medium cities to perfect the water price formation mechanism, determine reasonable price and fitly improve water price reform.
