摘  要:运用正交试验设计确定了AA280FS型火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定各金属元素的最佳工作条件,并采用极差分析和方差分析对各因素影响程度进行考察。采用干灰化法处理汽车制动液样品,在优化火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)条件下测定Cr、Cu、Fe和Mn的含量,测定检出限(mg/L)Cr:0.0444,Cu:0.0201,Fe:0.0251,Mn:0.0735;加标回收率为96.1%~105.2%;相对标准偏差为1.23%~2.18%(n=6)。该方法分析结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP—AES)进行比较,测定值吻合,且准确度和精密度较好,更经济实用,容易推广。Orthogonal test was used to obtain the optimum parameters for determination of Cr,Cu,Fe and Mn using flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The influence of various factors was studied by the range analysis and the influences degree of each factors was compared by the variance analysis.A dry digestion was used for car brake fluid samples,and the contents of Cr,Cu,Fe and Mn were determined by FAAS and compared with the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that the detection limit of this method were 0.0444,0.0201,0.0251,and 0.0735mg/L for Cr,Cu,Fe and Mn,respectively.The average recoveries were 96.1%-105.2% with RSD(n=6)from1.23%to 2.18%.Compared with ICP-AES,this method provides similar determination results while with better economical and practical performance.
