气相色谱-电子捕获检测法测定食品包装材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯

摘　　要：建立了食品包装复合材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯的气相色谱-电子捕获检测（GCECD）方法。分析条件为：HP-5毛细管气相色谱柱（30m×0.32mm×0.25μm）;载气流速0.8mL/min;进样口温度为260℃,分流比为5∶1;ECD检测器温度：300℃;柱温：170℃;进样量：1μL。2,4-二氨基甲苯浓度在0.02~1mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积线性良好,相关系数为0.9991,方法检出限（S/N=3）为0.001mg/L。The method of detecting 2,4-diaminotoluene in composite food-packaging materials by GC-ECD was studied.Chromatographic experiments were performed on HP-5（30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm）capillary column and the carrier gas flow rate was 0.8mL/min.The inlet temperature was 260℃ with split ratio of 5∶1.The ECD detector temperature was 300℃and the column temperature was 170℃ with injection volume of 1μL.In the range of 0.02-1 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.9991,moreover the detection limit was 0.001mg/mL.
