摘　　要：根据lesinurad的结构及合成工艺,制备了4个有关物质：2-[[4-（4-环丙基萘-1-基）-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基]硫基]乙酸（A）、2-[[5-氯-4-（4-环丙基萘-1-基）-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基]硫基]乙酸（B）、2-[[5-羟基-4-（4-环丙基萘-1-基）-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基]硫基]乙酸（C）和2-[[5-溴-4-（1-环丙基萘-2-基）-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基]硫基]乙酸（D）,并经1H NMR、LC-MS确证结构,作为lesinurad质量研究的参照物。According to the structure of lesinurad and its synthetic process, four related substances： 2- [ [4- （4-cyclopropylnaphthalen- 1 -yl） -4H- 1,2,4-triazol-3 -yl] thio] acetic acid （A）, 2- [ [5-chloro-4- （4- cyclopropylnaphthalen- l-yl） -4H- 1,2,4-triazol-3 -yl] thio] acetic acid （B）, 2 - [ [ 5 -hydroxy-4- （4-cyclopropylnaphthalen- 1-yl） -4H- 1,2,4-triazol-3-yl] thio] acetic acid （C） and 2- [ [5-bromo-4- （1-cyclopropylnaphthalen-2-yl） -4H- 1,2,4-triazol- 3-yl]thio]acetic acid （D） were prepared and confirmed by 1H NMR and LC-MS. These substances were taken as the references for the quality control of lesinurad.
