摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法分离并测定猪肺磷脂注射液中的9种磷脂组分。使用硅胶色谱柱,以氯仿∶甲醇∶水∶氨水（78∶21∶0.2∶0.4）为流动相A,氯仿∶甲醇∶水∶氨水（59∶35∶5∶0.4）为流动相B,梯度洗脱,蒸发光散射检测器检测。猪肺磷脂注射液中各磷脂组分均能完全分离,且9种磷脂组分在相应范围内峰面积与进样量线性关系良好。平均回收率为98.5%~101.3%,RSD为0.6%~2.6%。An HPLC-ELSD method was established for the separation and determination of nine phospholipid components in poractant alfa injection. A silica column was used, with the mobile phase A of chloroform ： methanol ： water ： ammonia water （78 ： 21 ： 0.2 ： 0.4）and mobile phase B of chloroform ： methanol ： water： ammonia water （59 ： 35 ：5 ： 0.4）by gradient elution, and detected by evaporative light scattering detector. Phospholipids in poractant alfa injection were separated completely. Their calibration curves were linear in their corresponding injection amounts. The average recoveries were 98.5 % - 101.3 %, with RSDs of 0.6 % - 2.6 %.
