摘  要:以Inconel625合金粉末和增塑剂为原料,采用增塑挤压工艺成功制备出规格为Ф6 mm×600 mm的薄壁细长镍基合金多孔过滤管坯体。研究了烧结温度对过滤管孔结构和性能的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的提高,过滤管的烧结收缩率增大、拉伸断裂强度提高,最大孔径和相对透气系数则呈现逐渐降低的趋势。经1120℃×2 h真空烧结制得的镍基合金过滤管的最大孔径为1.42μm、相对透气系数为31.53 m^3/(h·k Pa·m^2),拉伸断裂强度为340.83 MPa。在该条件下得到的镍基合金过滤管具有良好力学性能,同时兼具适合的孔径和透气系数。Taking Incone1625 alloy powder and plastifier as raw material, φ6 mm ×600 mm thin-walled nickel-base porous filter tube blank was prepared by using plasticized-powder extrusion process. The effects of sintering temperature on the macrostructure and properties were studied. The results show that with sintering temperature increasing, the sintering shrinkage rate of the filter tube and tensile fracture strength increase, but maximum pore diameter and relative permeability coefficient reduce gradually. The maximum pore diameter of nickel-base alloy filter tube made by 1120℃ ×2 h vacuum sintering is 1.42 μm, relative permeability coefficient is 31.53 m^3/(h. kPa. m^2), and the tensile fracture strength is 340.83 MPa. Nickel-base alloy filter tubes obtained in above condition have good mechanical properties. Moreover they have suitable pore sizes and permeability coefficients.
