摘  要:利用扫描电子显微镜、拉伸试验机和布氏硬度计研究了累积复合轧制(ARB)道次和热处理对2024铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着ARB道次的增加,2024铝合金组织均匀细小,强度、硬度增加,经过两道次轧制后分别达到236.4 MPa和68.5 HB,伸长率下降,由原来的31.7%降低到16.1%;随着时效温度的增加,经ARB 2道次轧制的2024合金的硬度降低,由68.5 HB降低到51.8HB。The influences of accumulative roll-bonding (ARB) passes and heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 2024 aluminum alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscope, tensile testing machine and Brinell hard ness tester. The results are as follows: with the increase of ARB passes, the microstructure of 2024 Al alloy becomes uniform and small, and the tensile strength and hardness increase. The tensile strength and the hardness reach 236.4MPa and 68.5HB after ARB 2 passes, and the elongation reduces fi:om 31.7% to16.1%. With the increase of aging temperature, the hardness of 2024 alloy after ARB 2 passes reduces from 68.5HB to 51.8HB.
