摘  要:采用2195铝锂合金作为母材金属,铜粉作为标识材料,将铜粉夹在工件结合面处,用铜被搅拌后留下的轨迹来模拟搅拌摩擦焊的塑性流线。通过对焊后试件各不同界面上铜颗粒的形态及流向的分析,得出结论:在搅拌头前部,材料从前进侧流向后退侧,前进侧受挤,后退侧受剪;在搅拌头后部,材料从后退侧流向前进侧,后退侧受挤,前进侧受剪;同时还发现了铜颗粒聚集在试件的中间层,本文对此现象进行了分析。Friction stir welding (FSW) was a relatively new joining process. To visualize the flow of material around the welding tool, this text takes aluminium lithium alloy as base metal, and adopts copper powder as tracer material to be embedded into the faying surface of two plates. The reaction copper powder for etchant is different to aluminium lithium alloy. Therefore, by way of etching after polishing, the trace which the copper powder left behind due to the movement and acting force of the welding tool can be seen clearly using electron microscope. Shooting continuously the trace at each section under electron microscope can visualize the material flow pattern.
