摘 要:为了提高铝合金性能,通过向基体Al-6%Si合金中添加Sb变质剂进行变质处理,研究了Sb变质剂对Al-Si铝合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:在Al-6%Si合金中加入Sb变质剂后,可以使粗大的共晶Si由针片状变成细小均匀分布的短条状或粒状,使α-Al枝晶分布均匀,合金的硬度及韧性得到提高。其最佳变质工艺为:变质温度为740℃,变质时间为10 min,变质剂的加入量为0.2%。对于变质温度、变质时间、变质剂的添加量来说,变质剂的添加量是影响变质效果的最大因素。In order to improve the properties of aluminum alloys, by adding Sb to Al-6% Si alloy matrix modification agent for modification, the effects of Sb modification on the microstrueture and properties of Al-Si aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that: adding Sb modification agent in Al-6%Si alloy, the bulky eutectic Si can make needle flake into small uniform distribution of strip or granular, and the alpha -Al dendrite distributes uniformly, which can improve the hardness and toughness. The best modification of Al-5%Sb master alloy on Al-6%Si: metamorphic temperature is 740 ℃, the modification time is 10 min, the addition amount of modifier is 0.2%. Compared with modification temperature, modification time and modification agent, the adding amount of modifier is the biggest factor affecting the effect of modification.
