摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病(diabetic mellitus,DM)最常见的慢性并发症之一,可累及感觉神经、运动神经和自主神经,但以感觉神经最为常见。文章通过文献检索方法,利用《中国知网》等数据库检索同型半胱氨酸对DPN影响机制文献资料并形成论文,为该研究提供文献参考依据。Peripheral neuropathy diabetic （DPN） is one of the most common chronic complications of mellitus DM （diabetic）, which can affect the sensory, motor and autonomic nervous system, but it is the most common. The through literature retrieval method, using ＂CNKI＂ database retrieval of homocysteine on DPN influence mechanism of literature and the formation of the, to provide reference basis for the study.
