壮医药线点灸结合壮医竹罐疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸结合壮医竹罐疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:62例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组31例施以药线点灸和竹罐,对照组31例口服阿昔洛韦和西咪替丁,2周为一疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。以《中医病证诊断疗效标准》和视觉模拟评分VAS、睡眠质量评分QS评分法评定治疗效果。结果:壮医组治疗前VAS为(8.03±1.05)分,Mc Gill评分为22.98±5.86,QS评分为(4.40±2.48)分;治疗后1-4周VAS评分和Mc Gill评分均明显降低,睡眠VAS评分明显升高,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),与西医组比较(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸结合壮医竹罐疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可有效缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion combined with bamboo cupping therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods divided into two groups using random number table, the patients 62 patients with postherpctic neuralgia （PHN） were randomly in treatment group （nl：：31） were treated by medicated thread moxibustion and bamboo cupping therapy, the patients in control group of （n2=31 ） were treated by oral acyclovir and cimetidine, 2 weeks for a course of treatment, continuous treatment 2 courses. The effect of treatment were evaluated by VAS score of visual analog, QS score of sleep quality score and TCM syndromes diagnostic criteria. Results： Before treatment, the VAS was （8.03±1.05）, the McGill score was 22.98±5.86, the QS score was （4.40±2.48） in Zhuang medicine group. After the one to four weeks treatment, the VAS score and McGill score were significantly decreased, and the VAS score was significantly increased （P〈0.01）. The improvement in VAS score and McGill score of Zhuang medicine was significantly different in that of western medicine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion combined with bamboo cupping therapy in treatment of posthcrpetic neuralgia can effectively relieve the pains, improve the quality of sleep, and no obvious adverse reactions.
