摘 要:目的分析粤西地区肾功能代偿期Ig A肾病患者并发高尿酸血症的影响因素。方法回顾性分析328例肾功能代偿期Ig A肾病患者的临床资料,分析高尿酸血症的影响因素。结果纳入Ig A肾病患者高尿酸血症发生率38.4%(126/328),单因素回归分析显示,年龄、血肌酐、血尿素氮、血清甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇、肾小球球性硬化评分、肾小球损伤积分、肾小管-间质损伤评分、肾小血管损伤评分和Lee氏分级可能与肾功能代偿期Ig A肾病患者并发高尿酸血症有关(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高甘油三酯血症、肾小血管损伤评分>2分与Ig A肾病患者并发高尿酸血症有关(P均<0.05)。结论高甘油三酯血症和肾小血管损伤评分>2分是粤西地区肾功能代偿期Ig A肾病患者并发高尿病血症的独立危险因素。Objective To analyze the risk factors for IgA nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia in renal func -tion compensatory phase of patients in western part of Guangdong province .Methods The clinical and pathological data of 328 patients with IgA nephropathy were selected to analyze the risk factors of hyperuricemia .Results The incident of hy-peruricemia in patients with IgA nephropathy was 38 .4% ( 126/328 ) .Univariate regression analysis suggested that the age, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum triglyceride, serum total cholesterol, glomerulus sclerosis score, glomer-ular injury integral , tubular-interstitial injury score , renal small vessel injury score and Lee&#39;s grade might be related to the IgA nephropathy patients complicated with hyperuricemia (all P&lt;0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that the serum triglyceride and renal small vessel injury score &gt;2 were related with the occurrence of hyperuricemia in patients with IgA nephropathy (all P&lt;0.05).Conclusion The hypertriglyceridemia and renal small vessel injury score &gt;2 are inde-pendent risk factors for patients with IgA nephropathy in renal function compensatory phase from western part of Guangdong province .
