摘 要:推力滚针轴承具有转速低、承受载荷大的特点,为使滚针受力沿其轴向均匀分布,对垫圈厚度误差和滚针的凸度修形要求较高,以某型号推力滚针轴承为研究对象,利用有限元法得出:滚针素线为对数修形时,其垫圈厚度误差应控制在一定范围内;否则,接触应力沿滚针轴向分布极不均匀,严重影响轴承的使用性能和寿命。The thrust needle roller bearings are characterized with low rotational speed and high load carrying capacity. In order to ensure that the contact stress on needle roller can be uniformly distributed along axis direction, there are high requirements for thickness error for washer and convexity profiling of needle roller. Taking a certain type of thrust needle roller bearings as research object, a conclusion is obtained by using finite element method: the thickness error for washer should be controlled within a certain range when generatrix of needle roller is logarithmic profiling. Other- wise, the contact stress is distributed unevenly along axial direction of needle roller, and which seriously decrease per- formance and life of the bearings.
