摘  要:采用摩擦磨损试验机进行了自润滑关节轴承往复连续摆动的磨损试验,研究了不同载荷、摆角及温度下自润滑关节轴承的磨损性能,并通过磨损表面的形貌分析了不同工况下轴承的磨损形式。研究表明:随着载荷、摆角的增加,轴承磨损率对载荷和摆角的敏感程度上升,磨损形式发生变化;高、低温环境加剧轴承的磨损,大大降低其磨损性能。The wear test for reciprocating continuous swing of self - lubricating spherical plain bearings is carried out by using friction and wears tester. The wear properties of self - lubricating spherical plain bearings are studied under dif- ferent load, swing angle and temperature. The wear forms of bearings under different operating conditions are analyzed through wear surface morphology. The result show that with the increase of load and swing angle, the sensitive degree of wear rate to load and swing angle rises, and the wear modes change. The wear of bearings is aggravated and the wear properties are greatly reduced under high and low temperature environment oonditions.
