摘 要:通过在EDEM离散元软件平台的碾米离散元仿真得出的米筛节点坐标值和与之对应的节点力作为在Workbench软件平台的米筛有限元仿真的力边界条件数据,在Workbench里通过合理地设置其他参数并仿真计算,即可得出米筛的应力和位移分布,并在EDEM计算出米粒的运动状态和颗粒流轨迹,从而对米筛在碾米过程中的受力状态进行有限元力学分析,为碾米机米筛的设计提供理论依据。The rice mill screen node coordinates and corresponding node force were calculated by the discrete element simulation using the EDEM software platform. As a data of force boundary conditions of finite element simulation of rice mill screen, using the Workbench software platform the other parameters were set reasonably, stress and displacement distribution could be calculated by simulation in Workbench, and motion state and particle flow trajectory were calculated using the EDEM, so the stress state of rice mill screen in rice milling process could be made finite element analysis, which could provide theoretical basis for the design of rice mill screen.
