摘 要:为了解决斜盘式汽车空调压缩机因进、排气阀片断裂导致失效的问题,建立了汽车空调压缩机工作过程的三维流固耦合模型,分析了压缩机内部工作过程和气阀的运动规律,并采用汽车空调压缩机性能实验进行了验证。研究结果表明:在进气压力为0.18MPa、排气压力为1.5MPa、转速为2 000r/min时,压缩机的平均进气压力损失为0.046 MPa、平均排气压力损失为0.11 MPa、压缩机的容积效率为64.98%;以进气阀片是否延迟为选择原则,阀片厚度存在一个最佳值0.281mm,若大于该厚度,则进气阀会关闭延迟,该结果与增加舌簧阀的阀片厚度可以缩短延迟关闭的结果相反。该结果对小型制冷压缩机舌簧阀的设计与优化具有指导意义。A three-dimensional fluid-structure interaction model for the working process of the automotive air conditioning compressors is proposed and its internal work process and the motion of the valve plate are analyzed to solve the problems of valve fracture in automotive air conditioning compressors. Experiments on an automotive air conditioning compressor are performed to validate the model,and the results show a reasonable agreement and that the average loss of the suction pressure is 0.046 MPa,the average loss of the discharge pressure is0.11 MPa,and the volumetric efficiency is 64.98% when the suction pressure is 0.18 MPa,the discharge pressure is 1.5 MPa and the rotation speed is 2 000r/min.Take the delay shut-off of valve or not as the selection principle,the results also show that an optimal thickness of the suction valve plate is 0.281 mm,and when the thickness of the valve plate exceeds the optimal value,the shut-off time of the valve is delayed with the increasing of the thickness.These results are opposite to the traditional theory that increasing the thickness of the valve leads to forward shut-off and provide a guidance to the design and optimization of reed valves used in small refrigeration compressors.
