摘 要:基于地方市直高校转型应用型人才培养问题。以六盘水师范学院矿业工程系为例,采用层次分析法,从地域、社会、政府及学校四个方面为一级指标,建立三级指标体系,理论分析了六盘水师范学院转型后,矿业工程系未来人才培养影响因素。根据主要影响因素提出加强理论、实验实践教学师资队伍建设;加强与地方企业合作发展,实现"教-产-研-教"四位一体发展模式;加强科研融入教学,努力将专业课题研究成果融入到课程教学,让学生积极参与课题研究,同时,改革学生作业、期末考核标准;加强政府经费投入、增大学校创收力度、争取社会捐献等解决措施。Based on the transformation problem of training applied talents of local municipal colleges taking Mining engineering department in Liupanshui Normal College as an example, using analytic hierarchy process and defining?the four aspects of region, society, government and schools as the first level index, three level index system was established to analyze the future personnel training influencing factors of Mining engineering department in theory after the transformation of Liupanshui Normal College. According to the main factors, the solving measures are put forward as follows: First, strengthen the construction of theory, experiment and practice teaching faculty; Second, enhance development and cooperation with the local enterprises in order to achieve a "teach-production-research-teach" four-in-one development model; Besides, make great efforts to integrate scientific research into teaching, professional subject research results into the curriculum teaching, and let the students actively participate in the research; At the same time, reform the final assessment standards of student work; Moreover, increase government funds investment, encourage school to create income, and strive for the social donation and other solutions.
