摘  要:本文介绍了化学转化膜的基本成型方法和原理。在实验室实验操作在铝合金表面形成了钼酸盐转化膜,对钼酸盐溶液浓度及添加剂变化对钼酸盐转化膜的耐腐蚀性的影响进行测验研究,同时对钼酸盐转化膜的拒水性进行了测试对比研究。利用Origin绘图软件绘制出转化膜动电位极化曲线,直接客观观察其电位的改变,得出相应耐腐蚀结论。最后对影响化学转化膜耐蚀性能的因素做出总结。我国民航事业发展迅猛,铝合金作为蒙皮材料,其抗腐蚀性研究具有重要意义。The basic method and principle of conversion coating forming are introduced in this paper. The eitects of different concentrate ot molybdate and additive on the molybdate conversion coating corrosion resistance are discussed with the experiment, and a hydrophily test on the molybdate chemical conversion coating is made as well. The conversion coating protentiodynamic polarization curves is drew through computer using The Origin Drawing software, and the potential changes of conversion coating can be directly observed, and corresponding corrosion conclusions are made. The summary to the effect factors of chemical conversion coating corrosion resistance is made finally. The civil aviation industry is developed quickly, and the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy, which works as skin material on aircraft, is especially significant!
