医疗人性化视角下和谐医患关系的重构

摘　　要：在当前的医疗实践中,法律的调节作用得以最大限度发挥,而医学道德的作用空间则遭到排挤,医疗人性化对和谐医患关系重构的支撑作用明显不足。为重构人性化的医患关系,笔者以医疗人性化的视角对医患关系的内涵进行了重新界定,分析了医患关系不和谐的表现及原因,并在此基础上提出了培养医患道德素养,重筑医患信任;重塑尊重生命和人格的医学人文精神;维护医患双方主体地位的平等;强化医疗人性化服务的实施等重构和谐医患关系的路径。In current medical practice,the regulatory role of law be maximized,and the role of space in the marginalization of medical ethics,medical humane harmonious doctor- patient relationship play a supporting role in the reconstruction of clearly insufficient. For the reconstruction of humane doctor- patient relationship,the author of ＂ Medical humane＂ perspective on the connotation of doctor- patient relationship has been redefined,analyzed the performance of the doctor- patient relationship disharmony and reasons and puts forward a culture doctors and patients and moral qualities,rebuilding trust between doctors and patients; remodeling respect for life and personality of the medical humanities;maintain the dominant position of equality both doctors and patients; providing four of the Reconstruction Patient Relationship humane medical.
