外部性、空间效应与空间工资结构——基于中国城市空间面板数据的分析

摘　　要：将影响城市工资结构的可观测和不可观测变量同时引入工资方程,推导出空间杜宾模型,进而以空间杜宾模型为空间计量模型选择的起点,探索符合数据生产过程的最佳空间计量模型,并将空间外部性划分为直接效应和间接效应。实证结果表明,城市空间相互作用对中国城市空间工资结构影响显著。市场潜能对本区域工资水平的自我强化效应突出,并且对邻近区域具有显著的空间溢出效应,但自我强化效应明显大于空间溢出效应。基于技术邻近的专业化经济对区域内和邻近区域工资水平具有显著的自我强化效应和空间溢出效应,均支持了MAR外部性;相对于直接效应,专业化经济的空间溢出效应更突出。In this article,the observed and the unobserved variables that affect urban wage structure are introduced in wage equation.Using Durbin model as the starting point,this paper explores the best spatial econometric model that conform to the data production process.Spatial externalities are divided into the direct effects and the indirect effects.The empirical results show that the interaction among urban spaces significantly influences urban spatial wage structure.Market potential has an outstanding self reinforcement effect on local wages and a significant spillover effect on the adjacent areas,and the self reinforcement effect is much greater than the spatial spillover effect obviously.The economies of specialization based on technology adjacency have significant self-reinforcement effect and spatial spillover effect on the level of wages within regions and in adjacent regions,which supports the MAR externality.Compared with the direct effect,the spatial spillover effect is more outstanding.
