摘  要:为实现脉冲输出式流量计多台位、高精度检定,提出一种基于基波相位流量计多路脉冲计数补偿的新方法。阐述了基波相位补偿原理,采用前置数字Butterworth滤波器,解决在强谐波干扰下无法提取基波信号的问题。利用自适应陷波器状态变量周期轨道,计算计数起止时刻基波相位,实现计数补偿。仿真试验结果表明,该方法能有效获取基波相位,对3路不同步脉冲信号进行精度补偿,计数误差小于±0.06,能有效提高流量计的检定效率和检定精度。For achieving high accuracy verification of multiple flowmeters with pulse output,the new method based on fundamental wave phase compensation for multiple channel pulse counting is proposed. The principle of fundamental wave phase compensation is described,by using digital Butterworth filter; the difficulty of extracting fundamental wave signal under strong harmonic interference is overcome. With help of state variable periodic orbit of adaptive notch filter,the fundamental phase at the start and stop points of the counting is calculated to realize counting compensation. The results of simulation and experiment show that this method effectively obtains fundamental phase. Precision compensation of three of the asynchronous pulse signals is conducted,the counting error is less than ± 0. 06,the efficiency and precision of verification of flowmeters can be effectively improved.
