摘 要:针对热电偶测温法在安全壳传热实验中存在的不足,研究利用可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术用于壳内温度的非接触式测量。简要介绍了TDLAS测温原理,依据一定规则选取了H2O分子吸收谱线对7 181.155 8和7 166.050 4cm-1。利用现有的钢制安全壳试验装置搭建了TDLAS测温系统,采用波长扫描-直接吸收法对壳内温度进行测量。结果表明,在273~373 K,基于TDLAS技术的壳内温度线性误差小于1%,最大波动为±2 K,测量结果能够较准确地反映壳内某一光程方向上的平均温度。该方法也可推广到其他大空间内气体温度的测量。In view of deficiencies of traditional temperature measuring method by thermocouple,a new kind of noncontact technology bsed on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy( TDLAS) was investigated in order to measure the gas temperature in containment vessel experimental facility. A brief principle of TDLAS technology and selecting rules of absorption lines was introduced. A pair of H2 O absorption lines,7 181. 155 8 cm- 1and 7 166. 050 4 cm- 1,were optimally selected. A new temperature measuring system using TDLAS technique was set up on the basis of the existing steel containment vessel,and the wavelength scanning-direct absorption method was used to obtain its internal temperature. Experimental results showed that the linear error and maximum fluctuation of the measured gas temperature were 1% and ± 2 K,respectively. Within the temperature range of 273- 373 K,and the measured temperature could reflect accurately the average temperature of a certain optical path inside the vessel. The TDLAS technology could be used to measure gas temperature in large enclosure.
