云南昌宁尼诺茶中微生物的分离研究

摘　　要：以云南保山昌宁尼诺红茶、绿茶作为研究对象,分析其中的微生物数量以及种类,研究结果表明:尼诺茶中的微生物含量较少,主要含有黑曲霉、产黄青霉;找到3种细菌,其中以芽孢杆菌数量上占绝对优势,初步鉴定结果为枯草芽孢杆菌,具有产淀粉酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶的能力;通过研究为消费者放心饮用尼诺茶提供理论依据,也为制定尼诺茶科学的质量标准提供依据。taking Yunnan Baoshan Changning Ninuo black tea, Ninuo green tea as the research object, Analysis of microbial number and types. The research results showed： that the microbial content of less , containing mainly Penieillium ehrysogenum, Aspergillus niger; 3 species found mainly in the number of bacteria, With the advantage of Bacillus was identified as Bacillus subtilis, with the ability of amylase, protease, cellulase.Through the research for consumers to drink tea to provide the theory basis,and also provide the basis for the establishment of quality standards of tea science Nino tea.
