摘 要:采用冷浸法和热浸法,检测广南紫杆和黄杆两种铁皮石斛的浸出物含量。研究结果表明,在紫杆铁皮石斛中热法浸出物最高9.5%,最低8.4%,平均浸出物为8.8%,冷浸法平均浸出物含量仅为4.4%;在黄杆铁皮石斛中热法浸出物最高为7.7%,最低6.2%,平均浸出物6.9%,而冷浸法平均浸出物含量仅为3.4%,由此可见,广南紫杆铁皮石斛成分含量高于黄杆铁皮石斛,与冷法浸出物含量相比,热法浸出物含量较高。The article detected the extract content of Guangnan purple and yellow rod dendrobium by cold maceration and hot dipping method,The research results show that,In the light of the purple stem of Dendrobium,The highest 9.5% Lowest 8.4%,the average leaching was 8.8% thorough the thermal method. The average leaching was only 4.4% by cold-maceration; In the light of the yellow stem of Dendrobium candidum,The highest 7.7% Lowest 6.2%,the average leaching was 6.9% thorough the thermal method..The average leaching was only 3.4% by cold-maceration.Hence one can see that Guangnan purple stem of Dendrobium candidum content was higher than that of yellow rod of Dendrobium candidum, compared with the extract content of cold method, The content of the heat was higher.
