摘  要:为研究褪黑激素对獭兔生长发育、屠宰性能以及毛皮质量的影响,选择45~50日龄断奶獭兔,每窝随机分成3组,分别在皮下埋植不同剂量的褪黑激素(0,30,60 mg),试验期为100 d。结果表明,埋植褪黑激素对獭兔90,150日龄试验末体质量、平均日增质量(ADG)以及料肉比(F/G)影响不显著(P〉0.05);埋植褪黑激素极显著增大了150日龄獭兔被毛的长度、密度和皮张厚度(P〈0.01),试验组130日龄肩部和腹部被毛长度和密度极显著高于对照组150日龄(P〈0.01),试验组130日龄臀部被毛密度显著高于对照组150日龄(P〈0.05),但对兔毛直径、断裂伸长率和断裂强度无显著影响(P〉0.05);埋植褪黑激素对獭兔150日龄屠宰性能及性腺发育无显著影响(P〉0.05)。说明褪黑激素可改善獭兔被毛质量,促进毛皮提前成熟和商品兔提早出栏,且埋植60 mg效果较好。To study the effect of implanting melatonin on growing development, carcass traits and fur quality of Rex rabbit, 45-50 days old weaned Rex rabbit were chosen and divided into 3 groups randomly, implanting different dose(0, 30, 60 mg)of melatonin subcutaneously respectively, the experiment period was 100 days. The results showed that implanting melatonin had no significant effect on 90 days old and 150 days old body weight, average daily gain (ADG) and feed meat ratio (F/G) of Rex rabbit(P 〉 0.05 ). Implanting melatonin extremely significantly improved the hair length, density and fur thickness (P 〈 0.01 ), the 130 days old fur length, density of shoulder and belly of experimental group was significantly higher than 150 days old control group (P 〈 0.05 ), while had no significant effect on hair diameter, elongation at break ratio and breaking strength (P 〉 0.05 ). Implanting melatonin had no significant effect on 150 days old carcass trait and gonadal development (P 〉 0.05 ). Our study indicated that melatonin was able to improve fur quality of Rex rabbit, promote fur maturity and slaughter of commercial rabbit in advance. The recommended implanting dose was 60 mg.
