摘 要:地铁施工段地表沉降预测是地铁施工及周边建筑物安全评价的基础。结合某工程实例,运用Logistic模型分析了适用于基坑地表沉降变形监测的动态预测模型,对模型的预测结果进行了分析和检验,从而验证了该模型应用在地铁车站基坑变形监测中的可行性。基坑周边地表沉降监测结果表明,基坑开挖会造成一定范围的地表沉降,对此提出相应的保护措施。The surface settlement prediction in the metro construction segment is the foundation for the metro construction and the safety evaluation of neighborhood buildings. Combining an engineering project, this paper uses the Logistic model to analyse the dynamic pre- diction suitable for the deformation monitoring of the surface settlement of foundation pit and test the prediction result of the model so as to prove the application feasibility of the model in the deformation monitoring of the surface settlement of foundation pit. The monitoring result of the surface settlement around the foundation pit shows that the excavation of pit will cause the surface settlement to a certain degree, so we should take some protection measures.
