河南省进口贸易存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：随着河南省贸易市场的逐渐扩大和发展,其进口贸易总额也在逐年增加,但河南省进口贸易在迅速发展的同时也伴随着进口产品质量安全和档次有待提高、进口监管体系和经营有待完善和补充、进口市场集中度低以及产品结构不合理等突出问题。为进一步完善河南省进口贸易的市场和结构,促进河南省进口贸易的发展,需要大力加强进口贸易管理,实施现场监管和贸易保护措施并优化产品结构,才能达到进口贸易质与量的同步提升。Along with the gradual expansion and development of the trade market in Henan province, its total imports also increased year by year. Import trade of Henan province is developing rapidly. However, some outstanding problems appear at the same time, such as imported product quality safety and quality improvement, imperfect regulatory system and the operation, low import market concentra- tion, unreasonable product structure , etc. Therefore, in order to further improve the import trade market and structure, and promote the development of import trade in Henan province, we need to strengthen the administration of import trade, carry out the on - site supervi- sion and optimize the product structure and trade protection measures so as to increase the quantity and quality of import trade simultaneously.
