摘  要:目前国产液压支架电液控制系统还未在井下推广使用,综采工作面使用的液压支架依靠进口。为此研制了一套电液控制系统,包括间架控制器、端头控制器、红外发射器、红外接收器、中央集控系统等。建立了集实时控制、数据采集、故障分析于一体的数据分析平台,为少人工作面提供了支持。通过工业性试验,验证了该系统的合理性和可行性。Currently, the domestic electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support has not been promoted at underground mine. The hydraulic support used at the comprehensive working face mainly relys on import. So a set of electro-hydraulic control system is being researched. The system includs the frame controller, terminal controller, an infrared emitter, an infrared receiver, and the central control system. It is a set of data analysis platform with real-time control, data acquisition and fault analysis which could provides technical support for unmanned working face. And the rationality and feasibility are proved through the industrial test.
